Staff were very friendly and if we needed assistance they were more than happy to assist.Would recommend this hotel as it's very convenient to attractions in Asakusa.Is close to many restaurants.
Really small bathroom.Hard to move around.Rooms are small also but this is Japan.

Close to Tawana station on Gonzales line. A bus stop is in front of the hotel that takes you to Ueno station. Easy access to Ueno, Shiodome area.
The receptionists were not so helpful regarding their ability to provide more detailed information of the area
